Since April 2024, MOM Academy has been the central body driving capability building across the Ministry, enabling officers to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles today and prepare for future challenges, curated based on Competency-Driven Growth (CDG).

We develop officers aligned to the competency framework that encompasses leadership development aligned to MOM Leadership Values, core competencies and foundational functional competencies across various domains, specialised functional competencies for specific job roles, and essential digital competencies for the modern workplace.
Fostering a culture of learning
We foster an environment where every officer aspires to learn through structured training pathways delivered via classroom sessions and e-learning platforms, supported by MOM leaders committed to developing their people. We strengthen stakeholder relationships by collaborating to develop programmes that benefit all parties, leveraging external expertise to enhance our offerings. We continue to explore and enhance our training delivery through advanced learning technologies and artificial intelligence capabilities, ensuring our methods remain cutting-edge and effective.
