Supports mid-career individuals in transitioning into new job roles with good long-term prospects through structured on-the-job training across around 30 sectors.
- Mid-Career Pathways Programme
The Mid-Career Pathways Programme is a full-time attachment programme for mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above to widen their professional networks and gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience by being attached to a host organisation for four to six months.
- SkillsFuture Jobseeker Support scheme
The SkillsFuture Jobseeker Support scheme provides temporary financial support to involuntarily unemployed individuals, helping them bounce back into a good-fitting job that uses their skillsets and experience.
