Kenneth knew from an early stage that he wanted to pursue a business career. Throughout his studies, he explored roles across management consulting, sales operations and programme management. While these exposures helped him develop valuable industry knowledge, there was one area he remained eager to explore.
"I wanted to break into tech sales," Kenneth shares. "So, I signed up for the GRaduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) Programme as it was an excellent launchpad to make that transition."
Through the traineeship with a global technology company, Kenneth took on meaningful responsibilities and strengthened his practical skills, giving him the confidence to pursue a career in tech sales. His strong performance and contributions during the traineeship eventually led to a full-time role with the company.
"Exploring different pathways helped me discover more than just a career direction. It gave me a clearer understanding of where my strengths lay and ultimately led me to a role that was the right fit for me."
