Cancel an EntrePass

You need to cancel your EntrePass when you close the business. Once cancelled, please cut your pass card in half and discard it to prevent misuse.

Within 1 week from the date you close your business.  

Note: If you become a Singapore permanent resident, you don’t need to cancel your pass. It will be cancelled automatically.

Note:

  • You need to pay your outstanding income tax and seek tax clearance from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) at least 1 month before you leave the job.
  • If you have left Singapore permanently, you must cancel the pass within 1 week from your departure date, unless it has expired. 
  • Once your pass is cancelled, all the related Dependant's Passes, Long-Term Visit Passes, Letters of Consent and Work Permits for your family will also be cancelled.
  • You must cut your pass card in half and discard it to prevent misuse.
  • For an overview of scheduled flights, you can visit Changi Airport’s website or use the iChangi mobile app. Please check with the airlines directly to confirm if the flights are still operating.

myMOM Portal

Tip: The cancellation request can be submitted up to 14 days in advance using myMOM Portal. (E.g. If you want the pass to be cancelled on 15 February, you can submit the request from 1 February.)

EP Online

  1. Log in to EP Online to cancel your pass.
  2. If you are still in Singapore, you can request for a 30-day Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) to get a valid stay in the meantime.
  3. Print the STVP. You need to show it and a valid passport to the immigration officer when leaving Singapore.

myMOM Portal 

  1. Log in to myMOM Portal to cancel the pass.
  2. For pass holders who are still in Singapore, you can request for a 90-day Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP) to give them a valid stay in the meantime.
  3. The pass holder and you will both receive the STVP by email. The pass holder needs to show the STVP and a valid passport to the immigration officer when leaving Singapore.
