Find out the documents required for applying. Before arrival Apply for the Personalised Employment Pass and wait for the outcome. (If your pass is approved) Get an in-principle approval letter. Ensure that you comply with the latest vaccination and travel requirements. Upon arrival Visit a local clinic to verify and update your overseas vaccination records in the National Immunisation Registry (NIR). Get the pass issued and receive a notification letter stating whether registration is required. (If required) Make an appointment to register your fingerprints and photo. Alternatively, your employment agent may issue the EntrePass on your behalf via EP eService. After the EntrePass has been issued, you will get a notification letter stating whether registration is required. Receive your pass card at the address provided 5 working days after registration or document verification. When required Notify MOM about your annual income by 31 January of the next year. You should also notify MOM about any changes to your employment or personal information. Apply for a replacement if your pass card is lost, stolen or damaged. Cancel your pass if you no longer require it.
