Work Pass

The Ministry of Manpower has made changes to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Work Passes) Regulations to clarify existing rules regarding the employment of foreign manpower. Circulars will be sent to Employment Agencies, employers of foreign domestic workers and business employers. The revised regulations will apply to all work passes from 1 February 2011.
