Check and pay foreign worker levy

For employers of migrant workers or migrant domestic workers (MDWs) to see and pay their levy bills, or apply for waivers and refunds. Existing sponsors and authorised family members can also pay levy on behalf of MDW employers.

You don’t need to apply for an account. You can log in using your Singpass.

Existing sponsors and authorised family members can help the employer of migrant domestic worker to pay levy on their behalf using PayNow QR.

To access this eService, family members will need to apply to act on their behalf.

Before proceeding, the users must be appointed as an administrator or user of the company’s WP Online or EP eService account.

Your Corppass admin user or sub-admin user must:

  1. Visit the Corppass portal and click the 'I have an existing account, log in' button.
  2. Go to the e-Service Access tab.
  3. Choose Check and pay foreign worker levy as your company's eService.
  4. Assign this eService to the WP Online or EP eService administrators and users.

If you have any queries on Corppass, visit the Corppass portal or check with your Corppass admin.

I have a Singpass account, and have been authorised by my company's Corppass admin. Why can't I log in to the eService?Show

It is likely that you are not an existing WP Online or EP eService administrator or user. You need to sign up for a WP Online or EP eService account.

Not all Corppass users are granted access to this eService. We perform additional checks on the administrators and users to ensure that only eligible persons can perform work pass transactions.

Before checking, you must ensure that:

  • You are an active Corppass admin or user.
  • You have been authorised in Corppass to access WP Online or EP eService.

To check:

  1. Log in to your Corppass account.
  2. Go to assigned eServices tab. You should see Check and pay foreign worker levy listed.     

If this is not listed as your assigned eService, please ask your Corppass admin user or sub-admin user to assign the eService to you.

  • Safari version 7.1 or higher

What payment methods can I use?Show

You should pay levy using GIRO.

If you do not have an existing GIRO arrangement, you can use this eService to generate a PayNow QR code for payment.

 

I am not sure if my payment using PayNow QR was successful. What should I do?Show

If your payment has been updated successfully, you will see the payment confirmation message immediately. You will also see your payment record under Payments in 1 working day. If you do not see the confirmation message or the payment record, your payment was unsuccessful and you should contact your bank.

How can I access my past levy bills?Show

You can access past records of your levy bills under Past bills. You can view levy bills from January 2017 and search for up to 15 months of records each time.

How can I access past records of my levy payment?Show

You can log in to view your payment records for the past 15 months under Payments.

Note: If you require levy payment records for Foreign Domestic Worker Levy (FDWL) Relief claims, please note that this scheme has been discontinued from Year of Assessment 2025 for income earned in 2024. We will therefore no longer send the annual Record of Payments (ROP) letter to you.

How do I add or remove users for this service?Show

Only the administrator of WP Online or EP eService can add or remove users.
