I have a workplace record and my company is acquired by another company or merged with another company. What do I need to do?



If you have an existing Do this
Factory notification or registration
  1. Submit a new factory application under the new UEN using GoBusiness.
  2. Log in to GoBusiness using the new UEN Corppass to get a new workplace number after your application is approved.
Non-factory workplace record
  1. Create a new non-notifiable workplace record using WSH eService.
  2. Log in to WSH eService using the new UEN Corppass to get a new workplace number after your application is approved and fee is paid, where applicable.

After completing the above steps, you will also need to re-register Lifting Equipment or Pressure Vessels linked to your existing workplace or factory record, using the new workplace number.

You do not need to submit a new factory application or create a new workplace record if there is no change in work activities.
