On Saturdays, we will only assist with urgent issues:
  • Affecting the immediate well-being of workers such as workers being evicted from their place of residence
  • Scam related reporting such as victims of scams by a caller impersonating an MOM officer
  • System outages such as being unable to access our eServices
For life threatening issues, please contact the Police. Otherwise, please submit your query online.

From 24 August 2026, we will no longer operate on Saturdays. Our operating hours for Monday to Friday remain unchanged.
