Medical Examination (ME) Portal

Medical service providers (MSPs) can use this eService to submit ME results for the issuing of migrant workers’ Work Permits, and helpers’ six-monthly ME (6ME) results.

You can use this page to submit:

  • ME for the issuing of migrant worker's Work Permits (Form A11/A12)
  • 6ME for helpers (Form C2)

We will progressively add new ME types; and seek your understanding as we enhance this eService.

The ME and 6ME test results must be certified by a Singapore-registered doctor before they are updated into the ME Portal.

How to access this eService?

  • You need a Corppass to use this service. If you don’t have one, you can register for it.
  • Your Corppass administrator or sub-admin must:
  1. Log in to Corppass.
  2. Go to eService Access tab.
  3. Choose Employment Pass (EP) eService as one of your company’s eServices.
  4. Assign Employment Pass (EP) eService eService to your company’s Corppass user accounts.

What web browsers can I use?

  • Chrome version 92 or higher (recommended)
  • Microsoft Edge version 91 or higher
  • Firefox version 91 or higher
  • Safari version 13 or higher

You should not use Internet Explorer as it causes slowness.

Can I amend the medical examination results that I have submitted?

You should check that the results are correct before submission.

In the unlikely scenario that an error is made in the submission of the: 

  • Worker’s ME for getting the Work Permit issued - Immediately inform the employer not to proceed with the issuance process, so that you can resubmit the correct ME information. If the employer had already completed the process, please contact us for the necessary follow up actions.
  • Helper's 6ME - Inform us of the change.

Why am I not able to select the type of medical examination from the dropdown list?

  • For ME to issue worker’s Work Permit - The employer may have issued the Work Permit.
  • Helper's 6ME - The results may have already been submitted.

How do I submit 6ME results for female migrant workers?

Please use our online form to submit female migrant workers' 6ME results. Submission of their results on the ME Portal will be available in the later phase.

Who would be notified after I submit the ME results via the ME Portal?

The employer would receive an email notification informing them that the ME or 6ME results has been submitted to us.

Do I need to upload the ME report during the ME results submission?

You do not need to upload the ME report during the online submission. However, you should keep a copy of the doctor-endorsed ME report (either digitally or in hard copy) in case the employer requests for it.

Can I view my past submissions and download the acknowledgement page again?

You can only view ME reports you had submitted within the last 90 days. 

To keep a record of your submission for later reference, you need to download the acknowledgement page (in PDF format) immediately after submission.

Can I view ME results submitted by other authorised users?
Show

No, you are cannot view their submission history. The ME Portal has restricted access, so you can view only your own submission history.
