Non-FEDA housing approval is also required for premises exempted from FEDA, such as places of worship, nursing homes, social residential homes, student hostels, and embassy shelters.

Apply through the GoBusiness licensing portal. The processing time for non-FEDA housing approval applications is 30 working days.
You do not need to pay a fee to apply for non-FEDA housing approval.
