Check the WSH training records eService to confirm if the training record has been uploaded.
If the worker pass SOC renewal and the training record is found, you may disregard the reminder.
If the worker did not pass SOC renewal, you should submit an appeal for temporary exemption to WSH_training@wshc.sg. This step is necessary to prevent the worker’s Work Permit from being revoked due to the absence of a valid SOC.
If no record is found, contact your training provider to ensure they have uploaded the training record and verify that the worker’s details on the certificate match their Work Permit Card exactly.
For SOC courses, results will be auto transmitted to MOM upon completion of the assessments. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload.
For non-SOC courses (Supervisor and above), Training Provider is required to upload the course results to MOM within 5 working days of course completion. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload.
