How can I check a worker’s WSH training records and Safety Orientation Course (SOC) certification status?

You can check training records through the Check WSH training records eService. You will need either Corppass or Singpass to access this service.

For SOC courses, results will be transmitted to MOM upon completion of the assessments automatically. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload. 

For non-SOC courses (Supervisor and above), Training Provider is required to upload the course results to MOM within 5 working days of course completion. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload.
