Can authorised recipients for a work pass card authorise someone else to receive the card?

No. Other than the pass holder, only the authorised recipients indicated during online issuance or renewal are allowed to receive the card. This is to prevent possible cases of fraud.

If this is the second failed delivery, you need to collect the card at MOM 3 working days later:
