My work pass transactions are blocked because I don't use GIRO to pay levy. How do I get it unblocked?

You need to:

  1. Make GIRO arrangement to pay your levy using:
  2. Check online to see if there is a record of your application. We will lift the block within 5 working days from when we receive your application.
  3. You can then proceed with your work pass transactions.
