I am a work pass holder. Why did I receive an SMS from MOM to update my contact details?

MOM is piloting the use of sending SMSes to reach out to foreign workers in Singapore.

The SMSes will be in English and the foreign workers’ native languages.

The SMSes will inform you about matters relating to your employment in Singapore. It will never ask you to give or transfer any money, or meet us at locations other than MOM Services Centre.
