Must my WIC insurance policy be issued by a designated insurer?

WIC insurance policies starting from 1 January 2021 must be issued by a designated insurer.

Policies starting before 1 January 2021 don’t need to be issued by a designated insurer.

A list of designated insurers will be available from 1 September 2020.
