MOM will send an acknowledgement email or a copy of the amended report to the registered email address provided in the iReport within 3 working days of receiving the request.
You can also log in with your CorpPass or SingPass to WSH Incident Reporting eService to amend the report (non-greyed fields) within 30 days from the report submission date.
For medical leave days, you can amend within one year from the report submission date.
