How do I retrieve and print a submitted incident report?

You can log in to WSH Incident Reporting with your CorpPass (businesses) or SingPass (individuals) to retrieve or print a submitted incident report.

  1. Go to “Submitted incident reports” section.
  2. Under “Actions”, choose “Download report” to retrieve and print the report.
