You will need to use Internet Explorer version 8 and above. e-Notification system is best viewed with Internet Explorer version 9.

What transactions I can do in e-Notification System?Show

You can use this service to:

  • Create a new e-Notification
  • Extend an existing e-Notification
  • Reprint an existing e-Notification
  • Check balance number of days you can perform Work Pass Exempt Activities

What if I encounter an error in my e-Notification for the Work Pass Exempt Activities?Show

You can send us a screenshot of the error message and leave your contact details so that we can help you.

What if I lose the acknowledgement letter for the Work Pass Exempt Activities?Show

You can re-print the acknowledgment letter using the e-Notification system.

Note: You should keep a copy with you during the period of the activity.

Can I change the information in my e-Notification?Show

You cannot change the information after you have successfully submitted an e-Notification.
