If you are a monthly-rated employee covered under Part IV of the Employment Act, use this calculator to find out your pay for working overtime.

You can claim overtime if you are:

  • A non-workman earning a monthly basic salary of $2,600 or less.
  • A workman earning a monthly basic salary of $4,500 or less.

Generally, a workman is someone whose work involves mainly manual labour. Find out if you fall under this category.

Overtime work is all work in excess of your normal hours of work (excluding breaks).
