Learning and development is a vital part of your career development and takes the form of on-the-job and structured training both locally and overseas. Structured training includes courses, conferences or learning days.
As part of their career development, officers can also apply for internal postings within MOM after meeting the internal requirements. Internal postings help our officers build expertise as well as expose them to the wide spectrum of work within MOM.
