ESOL Business (Corporate transaction with MOM) 
Application for ESOL Business Account

Employment Standards Online (ESOL) is a one-stop portal for organisations and the general public to transact with the Labour Relations and Workplaces Division (LRWD). Businesses need to register for an ESOL account before they can transact in all ESOL Business e-Services.

This service is for Businesses to open an ESOL Account and register their employees as Users.  To apply, a business representative is required to log in using his/her SingPass.

Registered Users may also submit a request to add or replace the Administrator through this service.

Recover notice pay from ex-employee
This service is for employers to file notice claims against their ex-employees. Only registered users can access the services provided with a SingPass account.
Application for Overtime Exemption
This service is for companies to apply for exemption from Section 38(5) and /or Section 38  / Section 40(3) of the Employment Act. Only registered users can access the services provided with a SingPass account.
Application for Flexible Work Schedule
This service is for companies to apply for exemption from Section 37(2) and/or Section 38(4) / Section 40(4) / Section 42(4) of the Employment Act. Only registered users can access the services provided with a SingPass account.
Application for Salary Deduction
This service is for companies to apply for exemption from Section 27(1) of the Employment Act. Only registered users can access the services provided with a SingPass account.
Notification of Retrenchment Exercise
This service is for companies to notify MOM of their retrenchment exercise (if they intend to retrench or have just retrenched some employees).
Notification of Employment of Young Persons
This service is for companies to notify MOM if they employed a young person between the age of 15 to below the age of 16 years old in an industrial undertaking. Only registered users can access the services provided with a SingPass account.
ESOL Individual (Personal transaction with MOM) 
Other employment-related Issue
This service is for employees to file employment related claims or feedback on possible Employment Act violations. Some examples include non-payment of salary, notice and termination, no overtime, no annual leave. You will need a SingPass account to access the service.
Maternity-related Issue
This service is for employees to file maternity related claims covered under the Employment Act and/or Child Development Co-savings Act. Some examples include non-payment of maternity leave benefits, termination before or after childbirth. You will need a SingPass account to access the service.
Re-employment Issue
This service is for employees to notify MOM of their re-employment disputes. Some examples include not being offered re-employment or unreasonable terms and conditions for Re-employment and Employment Assistance Payment (EAP). You will need a SingPass account to access the service.
