National Wages Council 2018 / 2019 invites views on annual guidelines

  1. The National Wages Council (NWC), a tripartite body made up of employer, employee and government representatives1, will convene in April and May 2018 to develop its annual guidelines2 on wage and employment-related issues.
  2. In its deliberations on wage recommendations, the NWC considers factors such as Singapore’s economic performance, as well as the domestic and global economic outlook.
