To ask the Acting Minister for Manpower in each of the last three years, what proportion of parental leave-related employment claims handled by the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management and the Employment Claims Tribunals respectively were resolved within two months of filing.

Answer:

1. Between 2023 and 2025, a total of 236 parental leave-related employment claims were lodged with the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM). Of the 174 claims concluded at TADM, 84% were closed within two months of lodgement.

2. Of the remaining 62 claims referred to the Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT), 51 were filed for adjudication. Of these, 20% were resolved within two months of filing the claim at the ECT.
