To ask the Acting Minister for Manpower in respect of Singaporean CPF members who turned 55 in 2025 and who do not meet the Basic Retirement Sum, what the (i) minimum and (ii) mean number of years of non-contribution to CPF are.

Answer:

For Singaporean CPF members who turned 55 in 2025 and did not meet the Basic Retirement Sum, the minimum and mean number of years of non-contribution to CPF, from age 25 to 55, were 0 and 16 respectively.
