To ask the Minister for Manpower (a) whether the Ministry tracks the proportion of employed caregivers who provide substantial informal care such as more than 20 hours per week, while remaining in full-time employment; and (b) how this pattern has changed over time.

Answer:

Results from a survey conducted by the Ministry of Manpower shows that among full-time employed residents providing care to family or non-family members, around six in ten spent 20 hours or more a week on caregiving activities in 2025.
