QUESTION NO. 464 FOR ORAL ANSWER

To ask the Minister for Manpower (a) how many employers who reject Flexible Work Arrangement requests without adequate justification have been issued warnings and or made to attend mandatory workshops since December 2024; and (b) whether the Ministry will consider stronger enforcement measures to ensure meaningful employer consideration of such requests.

Answer:

1. The Member may refer to the written reply to Parliamentary Question No. 68 for the Sitting on 22 September 2025.

2. Employers who face challenges implementing the TG-FWAR, or employees who feel that their FWA requests are not properly considered, may approach TAFEP for assistance.
