To ask the Minister for Manpower for each year in the past five years, how many companies have adopted the Tripartite Standard on Unpaid Leave for Unexpected Care Needs.
Answer:
1. The number of companies that are adopters of the Tripartite Standard on Unpaid Leave for Unexpected Care Needs has increased from 2018 to 2022, per the table below, covering about 430,000 workers in 2022.
