To ask the Minister for Manpower whether feedback has been sought from trade associations and chambers of commerce on the Overseas Networks and Expertise Pass and, if so, when.

Answer:

1. The Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Trade and Industry and economic agencies have regular engagements with Trade Associations and Chambers to seek feedback on the manpower needs of the business community and the work pass framework. Their feedback is consistently taken into account for all reviews of our work pass framework, including the Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass.
