To ask the Minister for Manpower (a) in each of the last three years, how many Malaysian confinement nannies have been granted work permits; and (b) what is the average duration of employment.

Answer:
1. In each year from 2019 to 2021, we granted about 600, 700 and 900 work permits on average per month to Malaysian confinement nannies, respectively. The average duration of employment was about 40 days.
