Stage Two of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Provision of Primary Healthcare Services to Migrant Workers in Singapore for a Period of Three (3) Years With an Option to Extend by Up to Two (2) Years (RFP No.: MOMHQ0ETT21000012)

We have launched the second stage of the RFP to invite business entities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and consortiums to submit their new or amended proposals to deliver the “Hub-and-Spoke” integrated model of primary care for migrant workers (MW). This includes submitting a capitation rate for a fixed schedule of primary healthcare services.

Stage Two RFP seeks to award one proposer for each geographical sector to be the anchor operator to provide a full suite of primary healthcare services to MWs residing there.

Eligibility

Stage Two RFP is open to any business entities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and consortiums.

All documents must be submitted via GeBIZ before 14 October 2021, 4pm in order to be considered for this Stage Two RFP.
