Public Consultation on Proposed Amendments to EFMA

Foreign manpower

The Ministry of Manpower is inviting members of the public to give feedback on the proposed amendments to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (EFMA) Act. We have posted the consultation document on the Government e-consultation portal, REACH at www.reach.gov.sg. You can also access the portal here. The consultation exercise will last for three weeks, from 10 May 2012 to 31 May 2012.
