Yes, NGO-operated shelters and dormitories that are licenced under FEDA will need to undergo DTS. Likewise, these dormitories will be eligible for the DTS grant if they meet the eligibility criteria.
All dormitories that are required to undergo DTS would have been notified by MOM.
