Yes, you will be eligible for the DTS grant if the new rooms are set up to meet the DTS interim standards. The grant quantum will be calculated based on the minimum number of rooms required to meet the DTS interim standards for the approved occupancy load. Rooms that already met the DTS interim standards at the point of baselining inspection by MOM would not be eligible for the DTS grant.
