Why does the card delivery window have to coincide with my lunch hour?

Avoiding delivery over lunch hours will lower the number of cards we can deliver each day and prolong the waiting time for your card. To minimise inconvenience to you during lunch time, our delivery riders will call and confirm with you before they turn up.
