What happens if a work pass card is not collected?

MOM will revoke the work pass or long term pass if the card remains uncollected after 1 month. If you have to collect the card from the MOM Services Centre after the second failed delivery, please do so promptly (i.e. after 3 working days), as it is an important identification card for the pass holder. You don’t need an appointment for collection.
