In what situations can employers be debarred from hiring foreign workers?

MOM will debar employers for infringing employment rules and regulations, such as the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, Employment Act and Workplace Safety and Health Act.

If an employer is under investigation for such offences, we will take this into consideration when they apply for or renew a work pass.
