Can I choose my preferred card delivery date or time?

No. As we handle over 5,000 cards a day over many delivery areas, allowing a choice of preferred delivery date and time will reduce the efficiency of this service. It would mean a longer waiting time for you as popular delivery slots would be difficult to come by.

We are pleased to share that our cards are successfully delivered 96% of the time within the first delivery and 99% by the second.
