Yes, you can apply for the DTS grant even if your application to renew your FEDA licence or increase your dormitory’s occupancy load is pending. The DTS grant you are eligible for will be based on the approved occupancy load at the point of DTS application submission. Any new amenities or facilities required to support the beds that are added after the DTS application will not be covered under the grant.
