Can any person receive the work pass card from the delivery person?

No. We can only hand over the work pass card to the pass holder or to the authorised recipients indicated during online issuance or renewal of the pass.

In each case, the recipient has to have proper photo identification (e.g. NRIC, passport or driving licence), and must acknowledge receipt of the card.

To ensure a successful delivery, you should indicate 3 authorised recipients for card delivery. In that way, there is a higher chance that at least 1 authorised recipient will be there to receive the card.
