The issuance of SIM cards is an initiative between MDW Settling-in Programme (SIP) training providers and telecommunication providers. Your MDW may have been issued a SIM card to allow her to contact her next-of-kin during her free time. You may contact the training provider whom your MDW attended with for more information on the SIM card.
