No, we are unable to amend your quota numbers manually.
The foreign worker quota is updated automatically every Saturday based on the CPF contributions and declared salaries of local employees, which you can check on the next working day (i.e. Monday).
Depending on when the CPF contributions were made, it may take around 2 Saturdays from the time we receive the CPF payment, for the average local workforce to be updated.
We use the 3-month average of the local workforce when computing the foreign worker quota entitlement. You need to ensure that you have enough quota before you can hire additional foreign workers.
For new organisations with no prior CPF contributions, the quota will be allocated based on the 1st-month local CPF contribution.
