I am an MDW employer but my MOM-issued pass is no longer valid. Can I continue to hire my MDW?

Please refer to the table below for the details.

If you You will 
Applied for new MOM pass or to be a Singapore permanent resident (PR), and are waiting for the application outcome. Be able to continue hiring the MDW while waiting for the application outcome. 
Applied for new MOM pass or to be a Singapore PR, but the application is unsuccessful.

Need to transfer the MDW to a family member or another employer within 14 days from your pass cancellation.

If your MDW does not wish to continue working in Singapore, please cancel her Work Permit and send her home.
Did not apply for new MOM pass nor to be a Singapore PR.
