I am a foreign spouse holding on to a LTVP/LTVP+ issued by ICA. What happens if my prospective employer applies for a work pass for me?

If the work pass (EP, S Pass or Work Permit) application gets approved, your LTVP/LTVP+ will be automatically cancelled once your new work pass gets issued.
