How do I help my foreign employees to apply for casino self-exclusion?

To help your foreign employees to apply for casino self-exclusion online:

  1. You must explain the terms and conditions stated in the application form to your foreign employees before applying.
  2. Visit the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website.
  3. Choose Manage Problem Gambling.
  4. Choose Consolidated Casino Self-Exclusion.
  5. Upload the signed consolidated application form together with the online application.

If your foreign employee has Singpass, they can apply online:

  1. Visit the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) website.
  2. Choose Manage Problem Gambling.
  3. Choose I Want to Exclude Myself (Foreigner).

The self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon submission online.
