Can my company be exempted from the FCF advertising requirement if the candidate is transferring from a related branch, subsidiary, or affiliated company in Singapore?
We will allow an exemption for either of the following:
- The companies involved are undergoing merger and acquisition, amalgamation, or corporate restructuring.
- The candidate is being transferred from a company with common shareholders who own at least 50% of both companies.
