New S Pass applications that are submitted to MOM from 1 September 2025 will be subjected to the new S Pass qualifying salary of $3,300.
For renewals, S Pass holders whose passes are expiring:
- From 1 September 2025 will be subjected to the old qualifying salary of $3,150.
- From 1 September 2026 will be subjected to the new S Pass qualifying salary of $3,300
