I have submitted at least 40 SDUs and required documents. Why did I receive a letter from MOM saying that I don't have enough SDUs?

The SDUs may not have been included because:

  • SDUs from courses that are more than two years ago cannot be used.
  • SDUs that are previously submitted cannot be used again.
  • Course title and training provider name did not tally with the SDU item.
