Must my company keep a record of interviews and job offer decisions?

You should keep your interview and job offer records for at least one year, in case a complaint of discriminatory hiring is made against the company.

In the event that you are asked and are unable to provide documents to support your fair hiring practices, it may imply that your company is not committed to fair hiring practices.
